2. Automated Alerts for Updated Delivery Addresses
Feature Overview:
This feature ensures that all relevant Users are promptly informed when a delivery address is updated by the Customer via the tracking page. Notifications can be sent via email. This keeps everyone aligned and helps in reducing any potential delivery errors due to address changes.
Key Details:
- Automatic Notification: Whenever the Customer updates their delivery address from the tracking page, the system will automatically trigger a notification.
- Multi-Select Recipient Option: Users can choose who receives this notification—by adding any email address and to the End Recipient, or any combination of these. This flexibility ensures that the right people are informed based on the business requirements.
- Customizable Notification Templates:
– A new notification setting called “Address Notification” has been added to the Notification Settings under Others section.
– Within this setting, customers can configure and customize the templates for email notifications. This feature greatly enhances the functionality of courier company software, ensuring prompt communication and minimizing delivery disruptions.
3. Invoice Currency Conversion

The Invoice Currency Conversion feature offers customers the flexibility to convert invoice values into their preferred currency during invoice generation.
