Pricing questions
How much does courier software cost?
Every InstaDispatch plan (same-day, parcel and two-person) starts from £150 a month, with a one-off £200 set-up. Your price then grows with your volume, and each optional add-on has its own price, so you only pay for the ones you switch on. Prices exclude VAT.
What is included in every plan?
Every booking channel (booking screen, bulk import, API, customer portal, booking widget and shop connections), the dispatch or planning board, the driver app with photo and signature proof of delivery and offline mode, and live tracking.
Why are same-day, parcel and two-person priced separately?
Because each is a different way of working. Every plan starts from £150 a month, but your account is set up for the work you do, so the add-ons are the ones that kind of business uses.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial needs no card and runs for 14 days or 50 shipments, whichever comes first. You can switch on any add-on during the trial to try it.
Do I pay for each user or customer login?
No. You can add your office team and give your customers portal logins at no extra charge.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes, £200 once, when you upgrade from the trial. It includes setting up your branding and connecting your website.
How does billing work?
When you upgrade, we confirm your plan and add-on prices with you, then bill you monthly. Every invoice lists what it covered.
What happens if a payment fails?
We let you know by email straight away. If it isn’t resolved, new bookings may pause until the balance is paid; jobs already on the road still finish.
Does it work with my accounting software?
Yes. InstaDispatch works with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage. QuickBooks connects directly; Xero and Sage take a ready-made export of your invoices.
Which carriers can I connect?
UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and DPD, connected directly or through DSV. Each connected carrier has a one-off connection fee and a small monthly fee, with no charge per label.
How are customer text messages charged?
Delivery texts and one-time codes use a prepaid SMS balance that you top up. They are not part of the monthly bill.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Above 20,000 shipments a month, or if you need bespoke work, we’ll agree a price with you. Start your free trial and tell us your volume.
I’m already a customer. Does my price change?
No. Your current plan and prices stay as they are. The prices on this page are for new sign-ups from October 2026.
How much does a TMS cost?
For couriers, InstaDispatch is a TMS that starts from £150 a month, with a one-off £200 set-up, then grows with your volume. There are no per-user licences.
Where is my data stored?
In the UK, on AWS servers in London.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The month you’ve already paid for runs to its end and isn’t refunded, and any usage not yet billed is charged when you cancel. You can also switch add-ons off at any time.
What support do I get?
UK-based support by phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp, backed by our wider support team. Larger accounts can have a dedicated account manager.
